Professional staff is on-site Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. & Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Our student Community Advisers provide additional support evenings and weekend.

BETH V. PERLONGO

DIRECTOR OF STUDENT HOUSING

Beth brings almost 20 years of experience working with and supporting college students to her position at Redstone. She's held various roles on college campuses in enrollment management and student affairs, but got her professional start in the film/tv industry where her work on MTVs first animated hip-hop series cemented her love of 90s rap music. A proud native Hoosier who roots for the Irish and thinks March Madness is the most wonderful time of the year, after 20+ years in NYC Beth relocated to Burlington with her husband and their Weimaraner Nico. Favorite spots in Burlington: Oakledge Park, El Cortijo, Foam Brewers.

PRESTON STRADTNER

DIRECTOR OF MAINTANANCE

Preston, who is a native Vermonter, has over 8 years of experience in the maintenance field. Prior to working for Redstone, Preston worked for another property management company as well as working as a civilian at the Vermont Air National Guard in the civil engineering wing during one of their large deployments. During his time at Redstone, Preston has learned many new tricks of the trade and has excelled in the arts of the septic flush. Outside of work, Preston enjoys being outdoors whether it’s hiking with his wife and puppy (who they rescued from Alabama through Vermont Dog Rescue), doing work in the yard or snowboarding during the long winter months.

SOPHIE OWEN JANKOWSKI

COMMUNITY MANAGER

Sophie has held a variety of roles in many different places, preparing her well for the multifaceted role of Community Manager. In her current position she provides administrative support to both the Lofts and the Apartments regarding daily company and property operations. Along with assisting the campus housing team, she supports student residents and collaborates with Redstone colleagues in our downtown office. In her free time, Sophie loves a good hike and enjoys travelling. Her latest journey was a 3 month road trip to visit about 30 of U.S.A's National Park sites!

JACQUELINE CARON

LEASING & MARKETING MANAGER

Jackie grew up in Essex Jct., VT with childhood summers on Lake Champlain in Grand Isle. While in college at UVM, Jackie studied abroad in Valencia and Barcelona where she immersed herself in the rich and vibrant culture of Spain. Jackie finds herself motivated by her desire to provide a positive customer experience and enjoys that in her current role no two days are ever the same. She supports the management office by taking a lead role in managing leasing activities, including but not limited to, facilitating lease transfers, room changes, and sublets. Jackie enjoys cozying up to a good book, staying active at the YMCA and outdoors, learning new languages, and adventuring on the weekends with her roommates.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Garth has spent most of his life in Vermont, moving here as a child when his family returned to the state to run a hotel casino bar that they owned. Garth’s professional experience has encompassed a range of areas that make him well suited to the diverse role of an on campus maintenance technician including - building maintenance, plumbing, and carpentry. Being a pet lover helps too! While a proud ‘home-body’ who loves yardwork, Garth also enjoys riding his Harley, fishing for bass, and listening to live music.
