We'll Fix It For You
A full time, dedicated building superintendent supports all building maintenance issues at the Redstone Lofts. If we can't fix it, we work with a variety of specialized contractors in the area and will bring in an outside technician to help resolve the issue.
If any maintenance is required all a resident needs to do is file a maintenance request through our Fix-It ticketing system. Filing a Fix-It is the quickest way to get routine maintenance issues resolved and will notify our entire team that you need assistance.
Freshest Foods - Delivered Right to You (literally)
All Redstone Lofts residents can take advantage of having the freshest food delivered right to you here at the Lofts every week.
No need to get in the car, drive to the next town, and purchase half old vegetables, or factory cheeses, fish, or meats! Burlington's own Interval Food Hub delivers Vermont's finest farm fresh foods right to the Lofts.

Residents have tons of options to live without a car at the Redstone Lofts, and these transportation alternatives will help you get around Burlington affordably.
Whether you're going across campus, picking up groceries, seeing the latest movie, exploring the mountains, or just hanging out downtown, our partnership with CATMA will help you get there.
Still using four wheels to get around? We notify residents directly each semester when our parking permits go on sale to park your car at the Lofts. Reach out directly with any questions!
Furry Friends
As UVM affiliate residential housing, we welcome your four, two, and no legged friends to join you at the Lofts if you have received an accommodation by the university to have an emotional support or service animal. All accommodation requests are coordinated by UVM Student Accessibility Services.
Once you've received an accommodation request from UVM they'll need to notify us of your approval, and we'll provide you with an addendum to your lease to complete. We also provide snuggles and belly rubs to approved animals, free of charge.
